We are happy to announce that CRAPome will soon be part of the REPRINT (Resource for Evaluation of Protein Interaction Networks) suite of tools. The beta version is now available at reprint-apms.org. Current (as of 18th Nov, 2016) CRAPome users can login to REPRINT using your current CRAPome login credentials. Please note that no other user data (other than login credentials) will be migrated to REPRINT. Please note that we are currently beta-testing the system and will be updating code frequently. The current version of CRAPome will still be available and you can continue using the resource. However, we strongly encourage you to migrate to the REPRINT suite of tools after we make the full release.
